For as far back as I can remember, the Sacredness of Life has been my top priority - my only ambition being to live Life being True to mySelf. Originally from South Africa, I began traveling the world once I'd finished University in 1990, and just kept on and on... - loving life on the road, and saying 'yes' to whatever Life brought my way.
Never really motivated by wealth, fame or power, I was instead, driven by a sense of adventure - and a need to feel deeply alive.. free... and happy!
I worked in the areas of psychology, education and special needs before the adventure led me into the magical world of Yoga, meditation, holistic therapies and detox. Here I was able to experience the connection between body, mind, and Spirit; between Yoga and psychology; between 'me' and 'other'. I wanted to stay in this place, and to invite others in.
